North Brewing Co. - North x The Piggy Brewing Co x I.B.U Bar : New England IPA

In collaboration with one of the best breweries and beer dispensers in France, Piggy Brewing and IBU Bar, Paris, we have created a delicious juice bomb with a delightful blend of the liveliest hops! We used pale, pilsner, and dextrin malt as well as plenty of wheat and fermented with our in-house ale yeast to create a fluffy-soft base on which the hops can unfold their tropical goodness! The Australian Eclipse starts with perfectly ripe, juicy, tart and tangy mandarin, the NZ Kohuto leads to fresh pineapple, ripe peach and freshly squeezed lime, while the Vic Secret ends with its characteristic sweet passion fruit, crushed pine needles, and an additional slice of freshly cut pineapple!
