North Metronomic

A very light haze on this gold beer, good pale cream colour head. Airy palate, reasonable fine carbonation. Very light malts provide a modicum of sweetness. Hops are a classic Citra Chinook and Columbus combo that tastes Chinook dominated. Crisp light citrus with a sharp orange peel bitterish snap on its heels. Light finish shows a trace of sweeter grapefruit and a little soft pine.
