Spiced Ale With Fruit Aged in Kentucky Bourbon Barrels It's not easy to wait patiently while a great beer is maturing in your cellar, and brewery understand that more than anyone here at Nickel Brook. So, they figured they would lend you a hand. Brewery took a small portion of their 2016 Cuvee batch and kept it in very own cellar for an additional year! That's right, this wonderful brew was aged in Kentucky Barrels for one full year, and then spent an entire second year getting even more complex. Now its time to enjoy it, or let it continue to age.
