Traditional Flemish Style Lambic made with malted barley, raw wheat, and 3-year-old hops. Allowed to ferment in French Oak barrels for 18 months, this beer is intensely sour and slightly acidic with a nice horse blanket aroma. In addition to winning a few awards of its own, Gueuze-Style Lambic was also prominently featured in BeerAdvocate Magazine in Spring 2015.
