Magpie Winter Souls

’Winter Souls’ is a low ABV brown ale with red bean cooked and added to the mash. It will be malt forward with flavors of chocolate, nuts, dark fruit, and a light caramel sweetness. The brewery hope that the red bean will contribute some light flavor and body to the beer, but it is not a strong flavor to begin with. The beer will be medium in body, and low-medium bitterness and low-medium hop character will round out it's flavor.
