Lucette 44 North IPA

They used 22lbs of Michigan Copper, 20lbs Cascade and 4.5lbs Sterling hops in this beer. Michigan Copper is a relatively new hop variety, it is the only hop variety to come from and be grown in the midwest. It is rare to find in beers today and has a unique tropical fruit flavor and floral aroma. Cascade is a dual-purpose hop adding citrus aromas and bitternes, a classic pale ale hop. The small addition of sterling hops is used to add bitterness. This IPA has a dry pleasant bitterness, watermelon jolly rancher flavors and sweet aroma.
