48 hours of boiling reduced 2500 liters of tasty aroma apple juice down to 1000 liters of ultra sweet caramelized juice. Fermented with our house strain of yeast, then left to rest 18 months in freshly emtied bourbon barrels. This is a big, strong, dark «barley wine style» cider
