Łąkomin Dziki Dzik na Torfowisku

Aroma- very interesting. Composition of cocoa, very subtle peated notes, some vanilla and bready maltiness makes it feel like a traditional Polish poopy seed cake. Awesome! Brown, clear, with a minimal, beige head, which reduces to the ring. Taste- still feels like a poopy seed cake. Fantastic balance, slim body, semi dry. No roastiness. Very elegant and well rounded. Still it's a Baltic Porter, but really uncanny. Medium-low bodied, with a medium-low carbonation. Very positive surprise, I'm impressed.
