Kannah Figgy Pudding

They brewed a traditional English Mild Ale and infused fig puree and unsweetened dark chocolate syrup into the secondary fermentation to merge flavors. They also added five pounds of Orange zest for that citrussy aroma of a figgy pudding while complimenting the chocolate flavor.
