Bierbeschreibung
Collaboration brew made with friends Matteo and Cecilia of the MC-77 Brewery at our plant, through the "sour wort" technique with lactobacillus plantarum and the addition of 60 kg of papaya in second fermentation. Straw yellow in color, the compact and persistent white foam, aromas of cereals, fruit and intense citric notes, reveals an extremely drinkable, fragrant and delicate acidity on the palate which supports the drink.
Ingredients: water, barley malt (Pils), papaya, wheat malt, rye malt, hops (Perle, Bramling Cross), yeast (Belgian Saison), L. Plantarum.
Recommended pairings: oysters and raw fish, fried crustaceans, chicken tandoori.
