Jungle Juice Jellyfish Saison

Straw yellow in color, slightly veiled, the nose reveals a variety of aromas ranging from peppery hints to white flowers, with typical shades of yellow fruit and herbaceous notes, with a hint of citrus (lemon, cedar). On the palate it is very drinkable, with a marked dryness and a very light body, combined with a slightly acidic finish characteristic of the style. Ingredients: water, barley malt (Pils, Vienna), rye malt, wheat malt, roasted wheat, liquid candy sugar, hops (Aramis, Saaz), yeast (French Saison). Suggested pairings: white meats, fried fish and vegetables, crustaceans, blue and lightly aged cheeses.
