Very black beer with a beautiful beige collar. Nose on fruits, herbs and spices then liquid warmed up a little chocolate. Palate: roasted malts, black fruits (black cherry, plum), coffee / chocolate, anise. A little spiciness on the palate, little roundness, dry finish and a rather nice medium bitterness. A good product brewed by Jandrain-Jandrenouille.
