Jandrain-Jandrenouille III Gravity

Opaque orange-tan body. Foamy white head. Mellow on the palate, pleasant Belgo-style carbonation. Somewhat earthy. I have read that this was made with Sorachi Ace, but the hop tone is faded, and more adds balance in a traditional bitter way. Some rustic earthiness brings to mind Fantome, but also not unlike a super cloudy De Koninck too. Unique enough, great mouthfeel. Good beer.
