Incomplete alcoholic fermentation product is a healthy drink on the basis of natural raw products with a pronounced flavour of rye bread. The kvass is made of rye and barley malt by special technology. The fermentation process induces distinctive taste and flavour of rye bread. Cooled kvass is an excellent refreshing and tonic drink.
