Handwerk Double IPA

Double IPA, also known as Imperial IPA, is a recent style, idealized in the United States. It is an even stronger and more hoppy version of the IPA, and is considered one of the greatest innovations of the period called “America’s Great IPA Experiment”, which redefined the concepts of master brewers around the world in relation to style. With about 15g / L of hops selected from the best American varieties (dryhop Simcoe, Centennial and Columbus), combined with special malts to balance intensity and drinkability. Spicy, fruity and resinous, it is an explosion of flavors perfect for pairing with red meats, spicy dishes (Mexican cuisine), strong cheeses and burgers.
