Half Acre Yanari

A traditional malt bill hopped with Tettnang and Liberty before being fermented and aged nine weeks in French Oak with Half Acre mixed culture. Black pepper and dandelion greens on the nose, with a rounded mouthfeel and soft acidity building flavors of golden berry and citrus pith.
