Half Acre Slice

Slice Mixed Culture beer is a blend of barrel fermented saison and an auburn colored ale brewed with aged hops. The beer was thrown on top of second use montmorency cherries from King Orchard in MI and then bottle conditioned with cherry concentrate from the same farm. Cherry danish, toasted oak, grass, and funk with medium-low acid.
