Half Acre Loire Hut

Loire Hut is an attempt to emulate the flavor profile of Loire Valley red wines, without the use of grapes. A blend of three mixed culture beers, aged on second use fruits and refermented with five separate purées, Loire Hut was infused with pink and black peppercorns before bottling.
