Half Acre Bon Hut

Two year old barrel stock aged six weeks on blueberry skins, plum puree and black currant puree. Medium bodied with aromas of grilled fruit and short cake, it moves toward flavors of grenache grapes, with light acidity and a slow churned vanilla finish.
