Bierbeschreibung
Born from a base of an apricot-fruited mixed fermentation sour, this small batch variant went into 7bbl grundy for the tropical additions of hibiscus and lime. The result is bright yet balanced–tangy sweetness from the apricot, a floral burst from the hibiscus, and a subtle kick of acidity from the lime.
