Hint is traditional unboiled, mixed culture berliner weisse transformed through a second steeping on local, peak of summer fruit. The same whole tart cherries and blackberries used to flavor Gathering, most recent blended barrel-aged sour, see a second life. The result is a luminous blush pink berliner that is refreshingly tart with just a hint of cherry, blackberry, and oak.
