Grimm Anthos

Single-hopped with Hersbrucker, this unfiltered pilsner is abundantly floral with warm notes of honeysuckle, chamomile, and clover honey. A slow pour delivers a long-lasting, snow-capped mountaintop head. As with all of pilsners, brewery utilized a traditional rising-temperature step mash with 100% German pilsner malt.
