Gorilla Baby Sour

"Baby Sour" A traditional berliner weisse. A low calorie beer, sour and refreshing, with a hit of roasted coffee. Werk Coffee Roaster's signature blend "Baby" was used to maximise the coffee character with the sourness. The brewing process of kettle souring added its individuality to the acidity and the deep sweetness of Werk's signature coffee blend, "Baby", and the single origin beans (Colombia El Paraiso Lychee, India Attikan Kent Natural, Costa Rica Santa Teresa).
