Giant Jones Dark Weizenbock

Clove aromas lead with rich bready malt and banana complexity. Dark amber pour with a small khaki head that fades to a frothy ring. Bits of caramel and nuttiness poke through banana and clove, Belgian phenolics. Sweet entry showing a bit of dough, biscuit, caramel, nuttiness and chocolate, toast, with plenty of banana, some bubblegum, cream, and clove.
