Fifth Ward Novel Thought

Quite possibly the darkest light beer you'll ever drink and just maybe the lightest dark beer you'll ever taste. Novel thought stands alone. Brewed with the base of a blonde ale but loaded with chocolate malt and Carafe I malt, this beer defies expectations of what dark beer can or should taste like. It's light and easy drinking with notes of chocolate and caramel. It is light and body and finishes aridly dry but maintains a full range of flavor though out the drink.
