Fifth Ward Hondo Ale

Hondo Ale was brewed in celebration of Oshkosh Bird Fest 2019 and is named after Hondo, the first peregrine falcon to nest on top of the dorms at UW-Oshkosh. Brewed with Millet, a common bird seed, this beer is medium bodied with some grainy and fruity notes followed by a floral finish from Wilamette hops in the whirlpool.
