Fifth Ward Cowbell

The classic milk stout is one of our favorite styles and certainly a crowd pleaser. They brewed this thing with a heap of lactose sugar imparting a creamy mouthfeel and a residual sweetness. They balance out that sweetness with a clean hop bittering charge that ties the whole thing together. Balance is key!
