Pours a brownish red with a moderate beige head. Aroma is plum, raisin, yeast, funk, mint, earth, and herbs. Taste is raspberry, plum, some funk, spice, a little chocolate, some raisins, flowers, some earth, and a tiny bit of mint in the finish. Medium body. Medium carbonation.
