Fantôme Extra Sour

Hazy gold pour with a small bubbly head that fades to a bubbly ring. Aromas are funky yogurt, sweet tarts, lemon peel, light barnyard, and wood. Taste like lemon candy. Light sweetness at first which turns to a moderate to strong tart finish. Kinda sugary, wood, some red berries, a touch of funk. Interesting and unique. I love the stinging champagne carbonation. Great mouthfeel for this flavor profile.
