Fantôme De Sergio

Pours amber with some tan off white head. Mild malty aroma, spicy yeast, honey. Taste is bitter herbs, floral hops. Long super dry bitterness remains. Some sweet fruity yeast funk in the aftertaste. Not bad, but somewhat underwhelming. Fantome saison is one of my alltime faves, but Ive had a fair share of his others that werent nearly as extraordinary and this is one of them.
