Fantôme Amazonian Ghost

Orange, beautiful whip cream like head. Not a gusher but the bottle conditioned beautiful 3 finger head is very apparent. It looks really beautiful up there with the best Hill Farmstead and De La Senne beers. This smells really great. The aroma...yeah, classic Fantome yeast. Lovely. Pepper, yeast, cloves, won, lovely. Very peppery, LOADS of spice, really nice. I don’t get any of the Guarana but it’s not something I’ve eaten on its own. This is really nice. Great job, Dany.
