Fantôme 30th Anniversary

Clear dark red brown beer, small creamy off-white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: oregano, thyme, funky, herbal, nice. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: lots of oregano, herbal, little fruity, soft bitterness, weird. Aftertaste: bitter, hoppy, dry, very herbal, bit fruity.
