New England Pale Ale
Bierstil
Bierbeschreibung
"Beer is a pleasure for us, we only have annoyance with books."
(Goethe)
At the end of a long day, when you’ve been staring at the screen so much that the numbers converge in front of your eyes, Bitter Ale finds a way to relax. Light beer with easy sliding, boldly hop-fermented top fermentation.
Bitter Ale forms a transition between lightly hops, usually beaten at a young age, and long-aged, often higher-alcohol, heavily hops with high bitterness IPAs.
The body of the beer is made robust by Maris Otter Ale malt supplemented with Munich malt, which we refined with a pinch of wheat malt. And the “bitterness” is due to the richly dosed Magnum of Hallertau and the American Centennial. The point for “i” is set by the Centennial added during cold hop.
Ingredients: Drinking water, Maris Otter pale ale malt, Munich and wheat malt, Magnum and Centennial hops, brewer's yeast
