Downhill Peeling Out

Early additions of Mosaic hops provide a crisp bitterness leading into balanced pine and lemon flavors contributed by a large addition of Centennial hops mid-boil. A massive twenty lb charge of sweet Orange peel was steeped from end of the boil throughout the transfer to the fermenter, filling the brewery and this brew with loads of citrus aroma.
