Dieu du Ciel! Symbiose No. 8

Blend of beers aged in oak barrels. Symbiose No.8 is a coral coloured beer with a fresh and fruity aroma resulting from the blend of raspberries and the Dernière Volonté Brettanomyces. The jammy flavours are well balanced by the acidity from the Solstice d’Été and the woodiness from the oak barrel. The long and dry finish is earthy and woody.
