Mixed fermentation blackberry sour wheat beer.
This wheat beer was fermented for 18 months in French oak barrels with a mix of Saccharomyces and Brettanomyces yeast as well as with two varieties of lactic acid bacteria, Pediococcus and Lactobacillus. The beer has oak and berry aromas. Light bodied, its subtle woody notes balance the beer’s marked acidity.
