Inspired by the Hawaiian Islands this tart summer saison is brewed with 35lbs of Hibiscus, steeped in the boil, and 50lbs of Colorado Wildflower Honey giving it a big bright color and flavor with tartness from the Hibiscus. Despite the amount of honey, the saison yeast makes this beer finish nice and dry!
