Diebolt Velo Electrique

Velo Electrique is a blend of 2 chardonnay barrels of Belgian Saison aged for one year with Brett Brux and 2 barrels of Chin Chin Belgain Golden Strong aged for 9 weeks in fresh Red Zinfandel barrels.Brett Brux is a fruity, funky, very expressive yeast strain that sometimes takes years to produce it’s signature character. Brett contributes the wonderful spice, citrus, and tropical fruit notes of Velo that meld perfectly with the jammy, red wine, subtle vanilla flavors from the Red Zin barrels.
