Diebolt Stand By

Stand By is a raw ale (unboiled), single hopped with Simcoe, and fermented with Saison yeast. It’s got a big tropical nose and flavor from the Simcoe hops, complimented nicely by the Saison yeasts spicy phenolics and citrusy esters.
