Deseveaux Sarazen Bio

Very hazy orange, little white head. Nose is sweet pear, peach, basic sugar, candy sweet; Taste is sweet candy, sugar, yeast, pear, candy. Easy to drink, low candy, yeast, sugar. Sampled next to the non-Bio version, this one is simpler, more candy sweet but less raw, odd notes, expected it to be the other way around, very sugary but not bad. Prefer this one clearly.
