Crying Eagle Dubbel Blind Date

This very malty brew tastes of dark fruit (raisins, dates) and dark sugar flavors. Date syrup replaced traditional candi sugar to help dry the beer out and boost the alcohol. Toasted coconut and cacao nibs were added late in the process to add just a hint of sweet coconut and coco essence to the finish. The higher ABV asks you to sip slowly and indulge in this complex beverage.
