Lindheim Ølkompani - Coolship Schaarbeekse

In 2016 we imported 650 Schaarbeekse cherry trees from Belgium. Our hopes was to get a decent yield of Schaarbeekse in 2018. But that proved to be difficult. In 2018 we had a drought. In 2019 the trees was still recovering from the year before. In 2020 one third of our trees froze. But in 2021 we finally managed to harvest enough cherries to produce a batch of kriek. And this is it. Loads of cherries added to a blend of two different batches of 2018 coolship beer.
