Woodland Cathedral is a Rum Barrel Aged Belgian Imperial Stout. Conshohocken Brewing could talk about the flavors of molasses, coffee and fig from the complex malt bill. Conshohocken Brewing could talk about the heavenly aroma from the exotic yeast and time spent in rum barrels. But Conshohocken Brewing is concerned that if they talk to much about it, other people will drink it all up and not leave enough for us.
