Colorado Ithaca

The name of the Colorado Ithaca beer comes from a small Greek island, the homeland of Odyssey Odyssey. A beer that was born from a fight could not have another name. Even more an Imperial Stout that does not give up its Brazilian way. That is why its formula has a northeastern element: burned rapadura. The result is a hard beer that, like the joy of the Northeast, also has a long life. It pairs well with game meats, well-aged hard cheeses, raw ham and desserts like creme brulè and milk pudding.
