City Steam Pink & White Grapefruit Wit

A traditional Belgian Witbier with a twist. Instead if the usual orange peel, we used pink grapefruit peel and puree in the boil, and cold conditioned on additional grapefruit peel. The result is a hazy, refreshing wheat beer with a juicy citrus character.
