This Berliner Weisse was soured with lactobacillus in our kettle for over 24 hours, and then boiled and fermented with over 500 pounds of peach puree and 100 jalapeños!The tartness from the lactobacillus is accented by the sweet and tart flavor of the peaches, while the jalapeños lend a mild rustic heat resulting in an intense but refreshing beer with layers of complexity.
