Flavoured apples, pressed and fermented in 2013. Secondary fermented with Brettanomyces and aged in Merlot barrels for two years. Throughout the 2014 and 2015 fruit seasons, we have added more and more apple juice from apples straight from the trees. Therefore, we hope and believe that the wild yeast found at Lindheim has also left its mark on this cider.
