Cascade Brewing Figaro

A strong blonde ale aged 12 months in chardonnay barrels, then aged with dried white figs and lemon peel up to 12 more months. Sweet fig, golden raisin and citrus zest aromas. Flavors of white wine, lemon peel and fig lead to a lemon tart finish.
