Carver Raspberry Wheat Ale

Simple base beer of wheat malt and American 2-row balanced with hop bitterness, totally dominated by addition of Raspberry puree to the fermenter towards the end of primary fermentation. Resulting beer has strong berry aroma and tart, dry finish.
