Capital Tiger Musky

The tiny little brewing project from Washington Island is putting out it’s first official beer! Teaming up with Capital Brewery, Brews on the Rock presents their collaboration beer: Tiger Musky. Like the rare hybrid fish, this limited release beer blends the best features of these two Wisconsin breweries to create something totally unique. Their collaboration juniper saison is mildly malty, dry, and has the perfect balance of sweetness and bright spice in the aroma and finish. The light noble hop profile compliments the delicate juniper notes.
